As many know, Mason has been admitted to the Children's hospital in St. Louis to begin treatment for Ewing Sarcoma. This will be a very long road. Terri is at his bedside and will be with him for the duration.

In September, it was discovered that Mason's right leg was significantly swollen. After seeing 11 different doctors, 5 of those being surgeons and having three separate biopsies, it was discovered that he has this very rare form of cancer. There are a lot of questions still unanswered. Oncologists are working to find the source. He will have a bone marrow biopsy, scans and have a port placed during this visit. He will also begin chemo this week. After likely months of chemo, they will attempt to remove the known masses and go from there. The oncologists say that the likelihood of successful treatment is high.

I am starting this page in an effort to offset the costs incurred for Terri and Mason to travel back and forth to St. Louis for his treatments. The funds will also go to meet medical co-pays and deductibles and offset Terri's missed wages while being with Mason.

This is an INCREDIBLE family who has served their community for decades! It is time for us to rally around them in their need!
