- My name is Carrie Ramer and I am a lifelong friend of Elaine (Martin) Rice. Elaine has been given a few weeks to live (was told 11/25/24). I am assisting the family in raising money that will allow Larry time off work as the sole provider to spend these days with her, as well as help their kids to do the same. The funds will be used for bills due to lost income while they spend these last days with her, medical bills, and impending funeral arrangements. Everyone that knows Elaine knows she is the kindest soul who would give her last dime to those in need. She is the pillar of her family. Now we need to be that pillar for her and allow her to be with her husband and 3 kids as much as possible in these last days.
