A Few Words From Tony:

Want to donate and help underprivileged inner-city kids?  Me too!!

Thursday, April 14, 2022 will mark my 50th consecutive Dodger Home Opener.  This journey started in 1973, two years before I decided to purchase my Dodger season seats, and continues this year!!!

While I couldn't enter the stadium during the "no-fans" opener of Covid 2020, I still arrived at Dodger Stadium on opening day and interviewed there with the great ABC news reporter Curt Sandoval-- keeping my streak of consecutive trips to Dodger Stadium alive!!

To commemorate the streak, I've zeroed in on a charity driven goal to help fund the Dodger Foundation for underprivileged kids in Los Angeles. Might the Dodgers reward me and ALL baseball fans by allowing this one long-term fan the honor of throwing out the first pitch on my 50th?  Well, possibly....but that's just icing on the cake....the REAL prize will be adding donations to the Dodger Organization Charity to help kids with their baseball dreams!!

I'd be honored if YOU would join in with donations!!!  I've set up this Go-Fund-Me page asking that Dodger fans, sports fans, Southern Californians, and giving people in general support and acknowledge this charity goal.   I hope YOU and others will find it worthy enough to help with contributions that are then funneled DIRECTLY into the account of the wonderful DODGER FOUNDATION, benefiting these inner-city kids!!!!!

So, my 50 year streak (which, by the way, is longer than the consecutive Dodger home opener streaks of both Vin Scully AND Tommy Lasorda) can be a reason for YOU to make a difference!!

Thanks in advance for helping the Kids with donations to the Dodger Foundation, and for helping to make my 2022 Opening Day dream come true!
