Our dear friend Rachel has a bone infection in her mouth. This is a real nightmare causing intense pain and could lead to more serious infections and worse case scenario a stroke.  The cost for the surgery she needs is astronomical but luckily she has found an amazing dentist in Costa Rica who charges a quarter of the price as dentists are able to in the States and has done other work for her in the past. Dr. Marco is urging her to come back within the next two weeks.
