“Let My People Go” — A Plea for Freedom and Justice.
Doing the Right Thing Comes at a Cost. I Chose Truth. Now I’m Paying the Price. Help Me Stand for Truth — And Finally Be Free.
I Stood for Truth — Now I Must Stand for Freedom. Stand with me as I go through this trial. I hope to make an example for others to follow who are being persecuted like me.
For more than ten years, I faithfully served St. Andrew’s Chapel in Central Florida as an elder, officer, and trustee. I loved the church and its people, and I sought to serve with integrity and humility.
In 2024, several members came to me with serious concerns and reports of mistreatment. As a church officer, I did what my conscience and our denomination’s guidelines required: I listened, supported them, and informed them of their rights and options. When a formal process followed, I testified truthfully. The senior pastor was tried, convicted of wrongdoing, and is now suspended.
Since that time, I believe I have faced retaliation.
After being accused of “gossip” for helping those who sought guidance, I resigned from St. Andrew’s Chapel on December 14, 2025. However, the church has stated that I am not free to leave. Despite my joining another church, they refuse to recognize my resignation or my new church’s request that they cease contact and harassment. I have been told they believe they have a legal right to prevent me from leaving.
In addition, a member of St. Andrew’s Chapel filed a baseless lawsuit against me — supported by a church leader. Defending myself has required significant legal expense. The emotional and professional toll has also resulted in lost work and financial hardship throughout 2025.
I have made multiple requests to simply be left alone. Those requests have gone unanswered.
I see no other path forward but to seek civil relief through the courts — including filing for an injunction and other remedies — so that I may live, worship, and work without continued harassment.
This is not a step I take lightly. But freedom of conscience, freedom of association, and protection from retaliation matter — not only for me, but for anyone who seeks to stand for truth within their community.

How You Can Help
Legal action is costly. The funds raised will go directly toward:
• Securing experienced legal representation
• Filing for an injunction to end harassment
• Covering court costs and related legal expenses
If you believe in standing for truth, protecting individual freedom, and ensuring that no one is punished for speaking honestly, I humbly ask for your support.
I want to set an example and blaze a trail that others can follow and benefit from. We all need to be sheepdogs and honey badgers to protect the innocent from abuse within churches.
Your donation — of any amount — will help me pursue the legal protection necessary to finally be free.
Thank you for standing with me.
