On 5/18/18 our sweet little angel, Ella Kathryn Fec was born extremely early at only 26 weeks. Ella had Incredibly sick lungs from birth because they were just too premature. We as parents, Aleigha as big sister, family and friends, and all of the great doctors and nurses did everything that we could to keep her comfortable and gave her the most love and Affection that was possible. Because her lungs were so sick and She wasn’t getting enough oxygen to other organs, her heart started to have hypertension, So we were treating that along with the lungs. Ella ended up catching an Infection, It was a form of Pneumonia So they had to put a paralytic on which would keep her paralyzed to keep her more comfortable and the ventilator would breathe for her... After almost a week of Being paralyzed they tried waking her up so we could hold her but she had a bad episode that she could not recover from... So on New Years Day 2019, Ella Kathryn Fec started her New life. She was almost eight month old and loved for every second of it. She loved her mobile, light up fish tank, her head rubbed, stories read, and of coarse cuddles with mom, dad, sister, and mumbo. Although Ella was never able to come home, we made it home for her at the hospital and visited every day. Ella peacefully passed in our arms and is no longer suffering. My family and I are thankful for all of the support and prayers throughout this beautiful/nightmare of a journey. We are asking for Some financial help during this difficult time to put our daughter to rest because we all were so hopeful for her Trachea surgery and to eventually come home, that we were not prepared for funeral costs . No matter how small of an amount, it would help tremendously, but if you can’t, that’s ok too, I ask if you could please just send a prayer for Ella, for comfort and peace. Thank you again.
