Lester “Banjo” Chan and Family

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Christine and I need your help.  My sister, Beverly, and her family are going through a devistating time. Her husband, Lester “Banjo” Chan, got into a tragic ATV accident in Cabo San Lucas Mexico on June 6, 2018.  Beverly and Banjo have a beautiful 2 year old girl, Charlotte.  They are currently also expecting their second child, a boy, due in October.

Banjo was on vacation with some friends when Beverly got news that he had been in an accident and is at a hospital undergoing surgeryin Mexico.  She was informed that he  had lost a lot of blood.  She was able to rush and fly to Cabo to be with Banjo and was accompanied by his sister Fenny Ann.  After arriving they found his condition was worst than we thought and there may be a possibility of leg amputation.  He also had an eye laceration, head injuries and fracture on his neck.  They worked day and night to get Banjo back to the US.  The doctors in Mexico feared they couldn't properly care for his injuries in their hospital.  Searching for a hospital in southern California, a doctor and a plane to fly him back was a heavy task.  But with the  Lord’s grace he was flown back Friday evening and rushed to UCSD trauma center.  The doctors found that he needed another surgery and was rushed to a 3rd hospital.

He is currently stable but still in critical condition.  He continues to lose a lot of blood and in ICU in close watch.

We are asking for any support you can give their family.  They currently and will continue to have a lot of expenses ahead of them.

Please pray for them.
