Ronnie Johnson fans and supporters, your help is needed. My name is Lesly Livengood and because our guy is having one helluva year so far, I'm firing up another GoFundMe page to help him and Kim through an uncertain time. Many of you know he had heart surgery in Sept. 2020 and we were there for him - for which he and Kim remain extremely grateful. Next came surgery for a knee replacement, and that was healing along fine but is a big deal during recuperation as anyone who has had it can verify. What happened next came right out of the blue, surprising everyone including, it turns out, the surgeon. Ronnie began to have severe abdominal pain and at first it was thought to be kidney stone(s). After days in pain they determined from further tests that it was his gall bladder and he was scheduled for surgery. Again. During the process, they found that part of his gall bladder was in fact dangerously gangrenous and it required a second surgeon to come in and assist with the removal. Put bluntly, I think he dodged a bullet. It means that the hope to remove it laparoscopically was a no-go and the old-fashioned removal method had to be used. That, folks, requires much longer recuperation and THAT means he can't be out there earning a paycheck.

He's not at all happy to be in this position but I hope and think his legions of friends and fans will try their best to help him out. Please prove me right.

He loves what he does and gives us his all when he's up on the stage. Let's help ease his recuperation worries to whatever extent we can.
