Leslie's Melanoma Fight

In 2015 Leslie Covington was diagnosed with stage four melanoma. She began treatment immediately at MD Anderson Hospital in Houston, TX. Since then she has undergone the removal of 74 lymphnodes and 34 were diseased. On June 7, 2017 she underwent Gamma Knife surgery to remove four tumors from her brain. The same day her doctors found another spot on her scapula. Leslie is a ninth grade biology teacher and the mother of three girls (Rachael 17, Ellie 11, and Reese 6). We are hoping for community support to help offset medical cost.
