As most you know, one of our own Pohanka family members was recently involved in a tragic accident. On Sunday evening, Leslie was riding in an ATV when it hit a ditch. Paramedics were called and shock trauma responded, and inevitabley, Leslie was flown to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore City. There, it was determined that Leslie's sustained severe injuries, including a broken back. Leslie has been deemed parlyzed from the waist down and may never walk again. 

As you can imagine, the expenses are already piling up. Leslie will be out of work for an indeterminable amount of time, and while we pray she returns to us, it could be months or longer before that is even a possibility. Her mother is staying in Baltimore to be with Leslie as much as possible, and Leslies beautiful daughter Layla is staying with her father.
