Dear friends,


It is with a heavy heart that I write to you today to share the sad news that our dear friend and colleague, Les Prinsloo, has passed away. Les was an incredible person, loved by so many of us. He was a true friend, a great colleague, and a mentor to many of us. Les suffered a heart attack in November, followed by a stroke, and had been in and out of hospitals since then. Unfortunately, he passed away on the night of Sunday, 2/19.

As a community, we want to do everything we can to support his family during this difficult time.

That's why I'm starting this GoFundMe campaign, with his wife’s (Janine Prinsloo) consent to raise funds to support his family during this time of need. All donations will go directly to Les's family to help cover the costs of the memorial service, cremation services, medical bills, and other unforeseen expenses that may arise, and to support his family’s needs to cope with his loss.

Les was like family to many of us, and I hope that we can show our support and love for him and his family during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.
