Hi, my name is Trina. I have had the pleasure of knowing Les for over 16 years and worked with him for most of that time. Les is a kind hearted, hard working, generous man. Let us please come together and lend a helping hand.
Les was the full time caregiver for his wife, Sherry of 36 years for 12 years before her passing in September of 2022. Les made sure her dying wishes were met including holding two funerals in order for her family in Tennessee to pay their respects.
In August of 2023, Les was diagnosed with Stage 4A Prostate Cancer. After undergoing multiple test it was determined that with the right team of Doctors and treatments Les is curable. His son, Patrick found an Oncologist in New York that has been treating Les since September of 2023. Les is currently undergoing Hormonal Therapy which requires monthly flights to and from New York. Between these treatments, an upcoming Heart Procedure and maintaining his household in Michigan the costs are becoming unbearable.
With this continued treatment, Les will go into remission and continue with follow ups for some time to come.
Les has always been there for anyone in need. Let's be there for Les!
