We are friends with this magical music man whose recent heart trouble has taken him on a new journey.

This is a picture of Les with a lady from Cabo who sells the dolls pictured next to her! The first time he went 3 years ago, Les had tears seeing that she had so little and his life was comparably luxurious! He wanted to buy a couple of dolls from her and has visited her every year, each year investing more of his time and resources towards her and her family. This is but one example of the huge heart that Les has.

This is the “heart” that had to be repaired this week! It’s the kind of heart we need more of in our lives! What he thought would be a few stints to repair blockage, became emergency open heart surgery and it had to happen fast! Because of the artery structure of his heart, a blockage would have killed him immediately. The arteries on the non-dominant side would not have been able to support his heart. So two weeks later, he successfully completed FIVE bypasses and is beginning recovery! This recovery will take months of not being able to work, and for a self employed man with medical bills and no income, this can be devastating.
