Leo was found in a farming area in Dubai, where cats are seen as pests. Leo was a small kitten in a place that turns deadly overnight. The farmers had a routine: mass poisonings—swift, silent, and brutal.

Leo was likely struck by an older cat. His eye was injured, but luckily taken to safety, treated with care, and slowly began to heal. He was vaccinated, neutered, and nursed back to health.

Now healthy, gentle, and endlessly affectionate, Leo is ready for the next chapter of his life—a forever home where he can finally feel safe.

He has a foster waiting in Scotland, but without your help, he won’t be able to make the journey. In the country from which he was rescued, cruelty toward cats is rampant—neglect and abuse are widespread, and hope is a rare luxury.
