As you may know, over the past few months, Josh’s mom, Stevie, had been battling cancer. Josh has taken significant unpaid leave from work in order to help care for his mom at the end of her life. While this was going on, Simone and Josh learned that their 9-year-old cat, Leo, has cancer.

Although he is sick, Leo still has plenty of energy and love to give. He is eating, drinking, and sleeping like normal. Simone and Josh are the best pet parents and would do anything possible to help Leo live a long and healthy life, but they are not able to afford the necessary treatment.

Leo’s cancer treatment plan consists of months of chemo, which, as you can imagine, is expensive. He went in for his first round of chemo on the morning of August 18, just hours before Stevie passed away.

Anything helps, and we are incredibly grateful for anyone who is able to donate or even share this post. Simone and Josh have been through so much over the past few months, and we don’t want to see them suffer any further.
