Hello my name is Nayeli & we currently have a family emergency… our aunt Leonor Zamora is experiencing severe kidney failure & needs urgent dialysis & specialist care. She is in Tj, has no medical insurance or funds to get the medical attention she requires. She hasn’t had income since her condition is getting worse & no longer works….
