In January 2021, our beloved Leonel Soriano Sr. suddenly passed, shattering and shocking the hearts of his loved ones. His family was not expecting his early departure. It has been devastating.  This event has been the hardest blow, catastrophic, and the worst tragedy we could have imagined. We, his surviving daughters and family, are humbly asking for your help, as this event has left us in despair and utterly heartbroken beyond words. Nothing could have prepared us for this nightmare that we are going through. This fundraiser is seeking to relieve some of that burden. All proceeds will go towards funeral bills and whatever is left over will be given to his daughters as they transition into a new life without him. If you are unable to provide a donation, our family asks that another significant donation you can do is take the time to take care of your own mental well-being. These are difficult and sad times we are living through, but there are ways to cope and helping hands around. Please do not be afraid to seek out help, there is no shame in seeking help to cope with difficulties. Difficult moments/times are only natural aspects of this human experience. Please do not forget that everyone deserves compassion, joy and love. You are loved.

En Enero de 2021, nuestro amado Leonel Soriano Sr. falleció repentinamente, rompiendo y conmocionando los corazones de sus seres queridos. Su familia no esperaba su partida anticipada. Ha sido devastador. Este evento ha sido el golpe más duro, catastrófico y la peor tragedia que podríamos haber imaginado. Nosotros, sus hijas y familiares sobrevivientes, pedimos humildemente su ayuda, ya que este evento nos ha dejado en la desesperación y con el corazón roto más allá de las palabras. Nada podría habernos preparado para esta pesadilla que estamos atravesando. Esta recaudación de fondos busca aliviar algo de esa carga. Todas las ganancias se destinarán a las facturas del funeral y lo que quede se entregará a sus hijas mientras hacen la transición a una nueva vida sin él. Si no puede hacer una donación, nuestra familia le pide que otra donación importante que pueda hacer es tomarse el tiempo para cuidar su propio bienestar mental. Estos son tiempos difíciles y tristes por los que estamos viviendo, pero hay formas de sobrellevar y ayudar. No tenga miedo de buscar ayuda, no hay vergüenza en buscar ayuda para hacer frente a las dificultades. Los momentos / momentos difíciles son solo aspectos naturales de esta experiencia humana.
