Leo Vicari, a dedicated husband, father, and friend, has been selflessly serving the town of Penfield for an impressive 28 years. His unwavering commitment to the community has been evident through his active involvement with the Penfield Fire Department for over 14 years. Leo has a big heart and is always ready to help out anyone who needs him. However, Leo's life has taken an unexpected turn as he has recently been diagnosed with Hairy Cell Leukemia (HCL), a rare and challenging disease.
