This GoFundMe is a call to the community to support my brother, Leo Trillow. Leo is not just my brother, but a mentor and community member who goes above to serve those in need. He is absolute brilliant and innovative harm reductionist who has committed his life to curating a world of equity and empathy.

Hi friends, family, and community,

I'm reaching out with humility and hope as I prepare for top surgery - a life-affirming, gender-affirming procedure that is essential to my well-being, safety, and mental health. This step is deeply personal, and while it brings me closer to living authentically, it also comes with financial challenges that I can’t manage alone.

As a harm reductionist and care navigator, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting others - from helping people navigate substance use and housing instability to coordinating care for folks living with infectious diseases. I do this work because I believe in health equity, dignity, and showing up for people when the system doesn’t.

Now, I’m asking for that same support from my community.

What your support will help cover:

*Medical expenses not fully covered by insurance (surgeon’s fees, anesthesia, supplies, follow-ups)

*Rent and utilities while I recover and take time off from work

*Food and daily essentials during healing

*Pet care for my animals who are my emotional support system

I hope to meet my fundraising goal of $4,000 before February 1, 2026, the deadline I’ve set based on my surgery timeline and planning needs.
