Hello everyone,
I've begun this fundraiser for my Mom and Dad. Both of my parents were diagnosed with COVID-19. My Dad on 10/23/2020 and my Mom on 10/27/2020. Both of them have been fighting to get better since then. My dad was admitted to the hospital on 10/27/2020. They diagnosed him with double COVID Lobar Pneumonia. That evening his breathing got worse and they had to intubate him. He did not take well to that and tried to fight even though he was put under. So they had to give him medicine to paralyze him so he wouldn't rip out the tube. His oxygen levels were really low even with him intubated so they laid him on his stomach. He was in this position until 11/12/2020. His oxygen level was lowered from 100% to 60% which enabled the doctors to lay him on his back. As of 11/14/2020 his oxygen went back down and the doctor had to put him on his stomach again with 100% oxygen. He is fighting now and is not doing well.
Once my dad recovers he will most likely need to do some kind of physical therapy. My mom had to claim short term disability thru work which is not going to pay their bills either.
So I'm asking for anything that you can spare to assist my parents with their medical bills, therapy, and household bills. Prayers are extremely appreciated as well!!
Thank you so much!!
