Lennox Ray’s Cystic Fibrosis three peaks challenge

Thursday 24th of September.

We were told the devastating news that our 16 day old baby boy had been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.

Lennox was diagnosed through the routine heel prick test, screening for various genetic diseases.

This news came as a huge shock to us. We didn’t know we were carriers of the gene neither does it run in our families. (That we are aware of)

This is a life shortening disease which affects the lungs and pancreas, the simple every day task of breathing can be a challenge & requires various amounts of medication & physio everyday to keep healthy.

Medicine has come on amazingly in these last few years, with triafika becoming the closest to a cure.

I'm raising money in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Trust by completing The Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours on July the 9th with family & friends and with every donation we will be a step closer to hopefully finding a cure and improving future medicines.

We Will Beat Cystic Fibrosis

Thank you in advance for your contribution.
It means so much to us.
