Lennon's final journey

Donation protected
The young boy in this photo is Lennon, 11 year old Lennon battled a rare form of dwarfism he was the only child in the world with the condition he had, (technical term for his condition is achondroplasia and brachytelyphalangic chondrodysplasia punctata). Unfortunately Lennon grew tired of fighting daily and grew his wings on 25th May. These conditions meant that Lennon couldn't breath without life support and he needed 24hour care and support and was hooked up to machines just to be able to get through the day. Lennon was a fighter, a warrior and a super hero to all that new him, to his family was affectionately known as Buddha Prince. Despite all of Lennon's struggles he was a happy Young boy who enjoyed life as much as he could, he attended Chailey heritage school and tried to experience everything life had had to offer, he rode bikes, learnt his own form of sign language and formed bonds with all that knew him. Lennon loved animals and really enjoyed visiting the animals on site at school but his favourite was horses. Lennon desperately wanted to ride a horse but due to the complex nature of his condition this was never able to happen. We have set this page up to help his mum and his family to send this brave warrior on his final journey, in a horse and carriage, let's help Lennon finally ride the horse he desperately wanted to for so long.
