A few close friends and family have taken the decision to look to Support Lennon’s family in his final days and thereafter after being inundated with requests from people looking to help.

Lennon and his twin sister Kayla were born 13 weeks premature. Unfortunately Lennon was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and has faced many health struggles his whole life

As you can imagine Lennon’s Mum and Dad are going through the most difficult time of their lives.

To try help ease the pain we are going to raise some funds which will help with the financial burden they will be facing during their stay in hospital and upcoming cost in the next weeks.

Lennon is on end of life care now and every second the family have with him is precious and needed in order to say their goodbyes.

Throughout Lennon’s life, our city has always come together and helped fundraise to help with Lennons treatments and care, let’s make this very last time one to remember and give him the send off he deserves
