Lending a Hand to the Allen Family
Donation protected
As all are aware the southern half of Texas was devastated by Hurricane Harvey. Our Robbins family living close to Beaumont in Lumberton, TX experienced flooding in and around their home when rising flood waters and no power left them no alternative but to evacuate. The Allen's, Brian and Kendall (Robbins) and their three children ages 8, 6 and 4 are safe with friends, but it appears their home took on around 1-2 feet of water (they have not been able to go inside and fully assess the damage due to continued flooding around their home). It appears one of their cars also took on water. While the family was able to put many things up before they left, they'll be needing to replace flooring, sheet rock, cabinets, personal belongings, toys, and almost all their furniture. This devoted Christian family has had such a hard year. Last September they lost their eleven week old baby boy Josiah due to a heart defect. Now, so soon after, their home and belongings are severely damaged or ruined all together. They will need so many things to get back on their feet and make repairs, it's hard to imagine where to start.
All the help they can get will truly be appreciated and they will be so grateful. Through these funds we are hoping we can help them get back on their feet one day at a time. It's going to be a long road for them but their faith and your prayers will see them through. Thank you
