Lending a Hand for Surgery and Healing

As I begin this last year of my fifties, it would seem it is meant to go out with a bang. The company I was working for recently called it quits as the owner retired. I have had some luck in finding future employment; however, recently, I was diagnosed with some heart issues. This comes at a time when I am unemployed and have no insurance. I am scheduled for a triple bypass surgery late in the month of July and will not be able to work for several months afterwards. I am grateful for my future employer being willing to hold a job for me; however, the medical expenses for the surgery are way more than we can afford right now. I consider myself blessed to know the people I know to call you all friends and family. God has been good to me. I would be very grateful for any amount of help you would be able to provide for our family during this difficult time.
