Hello, family and friends.

I'm coming to ask if there is anyway that you can help me just a little. I got sick with the flu and was hospitalized. During what should've been just getting over Influenza-A, I got a bleed and had to have 2 blood transfusions and that sent my heart into aflutter. After a few days it finally went back into rythym and I am getting better now, however, I'm still not at 100%. I'm trying to get back to work and was finally released today in order to do so but again, like I said I'm still not at 100% so any help would be greatly appreciated.
