Lend a Helping Hand to Luis: My Dad's Recovery
Donation protected
Hello, friends and family,
My name is Eva, and I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart on behalf of my incredible dad, Luis "Raul." Life took an unexpected turn when he was involved in a car crash that resulted in a serious neck injury. He ended up needing an anterior cervical discectomy fusion from C5 to C7. He is originally from Mazatlan, Mexico, and has been a pillar of strength and joy in our lives.
My dad moved to Colorado after meeting my mom, who hails from Minnesota, while she was teaching English in Mexico. An incredibly hard worker, he has tirelessly held 2-3 jobs simultaneously for years, embodying the true spirit of determination and dedication. His work ethic has not only provided for our family but has also inspired everyone around him.
He is not just a hard worker; he is a devoted family man through and through. His love and care have been the foundation of our family, and his joyous spirit has created countless cherished memories. An incurable prankster, he knows how to bring laughter and happiness into our lives, even during challenging times.
Recently, our dad faced a significant challenge after a car crash, leading to a neck injury that required surgery. Alongside the emotional toll, the medical bills, ambulance costs, and other related expenses have become overwhelming. As a family, we are seeking your support to help Raul on his road to recovery.
We've made this GoFundMe to alleviate some of the financial burden of this situation and allow our dad to focus on healing without additional stress. Your generous donations will contribute to medical bills, rehabilitation, and other essential expenses.
As we navigate this difficult time, we are immensely grateful for any support you can provide. Your kindness, prayers, and contributions will make a significant difference in Raul's recovery journey. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being a part of this journey with us.
With gratitude,
Eva and the Zenteno Family
