Lend a Hand to Lorenzo's Recovery

Lorenzo is a resident of Altadena who lost his home and all of his belongings in the Eaton Fire. He has a long-time gardening business, and in addition to his home, he lost his truck and all of his gardening tools. Fortunately he is unharmed, but he evacuated with only the clothes on his back and is currently staying at a local shelter.

Lorenzo has reliably cared for many homes in Altadena, Pasadena, Sierra Madre, and the surrounding area over the years. Despite his situation, he continues to work but nearly half of his clients were also affected by the fire, which is limiting his work opportunities.

Let’s help Lorenzo try to rebuild his life and his livelihood. All funds raised will go directly to Lorenzo. If you’re interested in hiring him, he would appreciate that as well. He’s the nicest guy ever and would greatly appreciate any support.

This fundraiser is organized by the Pidor family. We are one of the families that Lorenzo provides gardening services for. Lorenzo came and cleaned our yard the week after the fire without even mentioning what happened to him. We only became aware of his predicament after hearing from others that he gardens for.
