Hello, I'm Kaelyn! I'm a Childcare Professional and Writer who moved to be closer to my partner, but the area I have moved to has been extremely difficult to get a job in. The job that was a "sure thing" waiting for me up here decided to stop hiring shortly after I interviewed. I have been searching for reliable employment since November of 2025, and still can't make ends meet. I do not have many bills to handle in a month, but when you have absolutely nothing coming in, affording even the basics like food and insurance is impossible. I have tried to rely on odd jobs and stints in tutoring, but I am sinking further down a hole I cannot climb out of without employment. My partner has helped me remain in a house during this difficult time, but I am a drain on my precious people, and at this point, I will do anything to at least neutralize my financial impact on their lives. I will have to suspend sales for my small business because I cannot reliably pay for my own website and shipping. Due to new work requirements, SNAP and financial aid from my state are not available to me. I promise I have tried.

I know this is the worst time to be asking others for help - everyone is struggling right now. I don't ask that anyone hurt their own survival to help me, only that if you have spare change languishing at the bottom of your drink holder, you might consider donating it.
