Gwen Kratzke, my cousin, was unexpectedly admitted to the ICU on February 3rd. Having suffered two hemorrhagic strokes, the next day, she underwent an emergency craniotomy to fix a brain bleed and had staples inserted a few days after.
Barely into her recovery, on February 10th, an angiogram revealed another two aneurysms. Gwen was put into emergency surgery again to insert coils and prevent these vessels from bursting.
After 2 weeks in the ICU, Gwen was released to a regular room, and her staples removed. She has since been discharged and is working hard every day on rehabilitation.
With a journey still ahead, Gwen is facing unimaginable medical bills for the lifesaving care she received. I am reaching out to ask your help.
Your gift helps take money off Gwen's mind so she can focus on health and recovery.
Every donation and share helps - thank you for your generosity and for spreading the word!
