Lend a Hand to Atlas's Healing Path

Atlas’s journey has been anything but easy. He started life abandoned in Texas, but his story took a hopeful turn when he and his brother were rescued and brought to Wisconsin — where we were lucky enough to adopt him.

Atlas is your typical heeler: playful, full of energy, and always ready for cuddles. Unfortunately, during one of his many playtimes with his kitty brother Kevin, Atlas suffered a fracture to his left scapula. Now, he requires surgery at the UW-Madison Veterinary Hospital — a procedure that comes with a very heavy cost.

As you can imagine, this situation has been incredibly stressful and overwhelming, especially given today’s challenging economy. I am not someone who normally asks for help, but today I’m reaching out on behalf of our sweet boy.
