Lend a Hand to a Family in Need This Season

As another year goes by, many of my friends and loved ones have been asking what I want for my birthday. I've been lucky enough to realize that I have everything I need! So, this year, I'd like to pay it forward.

One of my tenants has experienced an unexpected tragedy- the husband and father of their young family has suddenly passed away. Naturally, this leaves them with medical bills on top of usual expenses, and the holidays just around the corner. I'm hoping we can raise some funds to ease this transition and help with Christmas, allowing them to focus on each other in this dark time.
