Hi, my name is Donna Gugliotta, and I have a very special person who needs help right now. Her name is Melinda Darby. She recently found out that she needs to have open-heart surgery to replace the aortic valve and dilated artery. Melinda is one of the hardest working people I know. She has medical insurance through her employer and has struggled the last few months trying to pay co-payments and still be able to pay her monthly bills. As of right now, Melinda still owes approximately 10 thousand dollars in medical costs, which will continue to grow. Melinda will be on medical leave for another 3 months. During this time, Melinda will receive a small percentage of her normal income, which will be used to help cover the cost of her medication and a small portion of her living expenses. I am asking anyone who could help to please do so. Melinda never misses the opportunity to be there for others in their time of need, so please let's be there for her now that she is in need.
