Lend a Hand: Beth Needs Surgeries and Support

Hi, I am Donna Mathieu Perna. I am asking for help for my friend, Elizabeth Cannon. Beth has been falling since Thanksgiving. She was just hospitalized for 10 days because she had three blood clots in her lungs and was retaining fluid in her legs and abdomen. She was airlifted to High Point Medical Center ICU, where she received excellent care. She is currently unemployed and does not have any medical insurance. She needs a few more surgeries. During some of the falls, she fractured her ribs, and she has a heart condition too. She is really struggling at this point. Any bit of help would tremendously help her heal and get back on her feet again. She is on Eliquis twice a day, which costs $10 per pill. She loves her animals and simply life itself.
