Len and Tammy Drost Family Support

Dear Friends, family and fellow community members,
Dear Friends, family, and fellow community members, we are reaching out to you with heavy hearts and a sense of urgency. Many of you may not know but Tammy and Len Drost were involved in a serious head-on collision on #10 Highway on the morning of Tuesday July 16 as they were on their way into work. Both Tammy and Len were airlifted to the Winnipeg Health Science Centre that morning. Len sustained injuries to his chest, abdomen, and right leg. Tammy sustained injuries to both legs and head. Tammy is currently in critical condition in the ICU, and Len is recovering from surgery.
Given the circumstances Nic and Jason and their families are staying in Winnipeg to be by their parent’s side in the hopes that their presence will be able to assist Tammy in her fight for life.
I would also like to add that Tammy and Len have been extremely selfless and helpful to a lot of people. Although money will not fix everything it will allow the family to focus on what really matters and that is being there for their mom.
Due to the overwilling factors that complicate this heart-breaking situation, and anticipating the financial strain that the young families will face due to loss of income, time off work, travel, and the extraordinary logistical challenge due to being so far away from home. Collecting donations by way of GoFund Me seems the most practical and appropriate way to support these humble and amazing soles.
We thank you for your support and if you are unable to help financially your prayers for the family will be greatly appreciated.
July 22, 2024 - I received a message from Len today, he wanted me to Thank you all for the support, it is much appreciated.
