While the story revolves around five quirky 7th graders and their parents, "Lemonade" is anything but childish. An all-adult cast brings a mature lens to a youthful tale, connecting audience members of all ages to their inner child.

Catchy, hilarious, and thoughtful, "Lemonade" entertains while showing the importance of leading with love in a world more often driven by fear and anger than truth and kindness.

** The Plot **

For 4 years, Timmy, an ambitious dreamer, and his overly imaginative bestie Squeeze have spent the final months of school dreaming about and planning for their annual lemonade stand! Having fine-tuned their secret recipe, they are confident it's going to be the best summer yet - until their annoying and opinionated neighbor, Katie, ruins everything!

** The Inspiration **

The idea for "Lemonade" struck Jesse during a road trip in 2018 when he heard a news story on NPR about children around the country being fined for operating lemonade stands without permits. He realized lemonade stands are a true American institution—a concept that resonates across demographics.
