Hello dear Friends of Lemon,

This is Liz, Amy and Lemon’s next door neighbor, friend, and matchmaker for Amy and Lemon (my best match EVER!) As you all know, Lemon became ill a few days ago, and Amy has been taking the best care of her. But she was admitted to the animal hospital in Woburn, MA, yesterday, in hopes the doctors can get to the root cause of what is going on with our tiny girl. As they rule things out, more tests are needed to find out what IS happening. Needless to say, these are expenses are adding up quickly, and adding yet another incredible weight onto Amy’s shoulders. I’m asking that this amazing community of Lemon-lovers to please help lift some of the financial burden. As you know, Lemon is not only Amy’s whole heart, but she has also brought such joy to so many people who have never even met her. Now she needs our help to get her well again.

I will keep the community updated here as more information comes in. The doctors currently think this may be neurological, and hope the MRI Lemon gets today will provide some answers.

Thank you all for any help you can provide. It’s so hard to stand by and feel powerless, and not know what to do to make it even a little better for Amy and Lemon. But this is one way. Lemon has been a fighter since day 1* - let's get our girl well, and back home where she belongs!
