I'm reaching out for help with my beloved dog, Lemmy. He's a 5-year-old Corgi, and we recently discovered he needs emergency surgery for a life-threatening hernia. Without this procedure, I'm not sure if he would make it past another month. The surgery, along with his stay at the animal hospital, was quoted at $6K, and at this moment, I don't have the means to get him the surgery he needs.
