Lemmon Valley's New Playground
Donation protected
This year, Lemmon Valley Elementary is celebrating 50 years of educating children in our community. However, we are now experiencing some growing pains. While our current kindergarten-2nd grade playground has served our children well for the past 50 years, it is time to bring it into the 21st century with a much needed update.
Working together, as a community, we will provide a new, safe and creative play space for Lemmon Valley’s children. The cost of new playground structure is high, but we can make these upgrades with the help of our wonderful community. We are working to complete these upgrades in phases.
Phase 1
1. Move basketball baskets $200
2. Tricycles/riding toys $1000
3. Paint a track $50
4. Sandbox and sand toys $1500
5. Storage shed $3300
Total $6,050
Phase 2
1.First play structure $20,000
2. Labor to install $20,000
Total $40,000
Phase 3
1. Second play structure (early childhood) $15,000
2. Installation $15,000
Total $30,000
Please support our children and community by making a donation to the LVES playground fund –even just what is in your pocket or coin jar would be a big help.
