Please join us in helping LaJohn Evans toward his goal of purchasing a home! LaJohn has been diligently working with a Realtor to find a condo that he can afford. Those of us who know and love LaJohn from Harris Teeter Morrocroft might not know that he has taken a second job to save even more money for a down payment. He has received loan approval for a certain amount but needs our help reaching the required down payment amount.
 
LaJohn has been an encouraging, loving friend and mentor to so many children in our area. He remembers everyone’s name (he probably knows more people than most Charlotteans!) and is always offering help in the store with finding an item or taking groceries to your car. He attends many sporting events and has become a familiar face at the baseball and soccer fields and basketball courts in support of our kids. LaJohn always has a kind word for others and a smile on his face.
 
Please help us toward our goal of $12,000  to support LaJohn in this exciting new chapter in his life! And SHHHHH – it’s a surprise! Please don’t mention it to him at this time.
