Two weeks ago, Lejen Warner was severely injured in a swimming pool accident. Lejen broke his neck and completely crushed his C5 vertebra. Currently, Lejen remains in ICU at Presbyterian Hospital. Once Lejen is able to breathe on his own consistently without assistance, he will be transferred directly to the Spinal Cord Rehabilitation Center to begin his recovery journey. The road to recovery Lejen will face is going to be challenging. Please join the friends and family of Lejen in supporting him through this journey. I'm sure Lejen and his family will encounter many unplanned financial difficulties. Lejen is only 19 years old and was looking forward to beginning his adult life.

Lejen graduated from Moniteau High School last year and was attending New Castle School of Trades studying to be an electrician. Lejen is a hard worker and gives 100% of himself in his projects. Lejen has proven this by maintaining a 4.0 at NCST. Even if you can't contribute at this time, we ask that you keep Lejen and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
