On April 2,2021 God called home one of his beautiful angels, our beloved mother and grandmother, Phylisa “Leisa” Quattlebaum-Chase.

She was the strongest woman we knew because no matter how many obstacles life threw at her, she overcame them. There wasn’t anything in this world she wouldn’t do for her children or grandchildren so it’s only right that we repay our Queen with the home going service that she deserves.

For the past few years she has suffered with Bone marrow cancer, kidney failure & heart issues. Though being sickly, she continued to keep her faith in God that she will get better. She also had the support of her close friends and family to keep her in good spirits. She loved spending time with her closed loved ones and cooking for them as well. There’s so much to say about our Queen. She fought so hard until she couldn’t anymore, so our hearts and souls are at peace knowing that.

We are asking for any donation. Big or small to help us bury our mother. She deserves a beautiful home going service.
