ALOHA Kakou,

My name is Makanalani Hussey, I am a grateful mother of 3 amazing keiki. Born and raised on the island of Maui in the devastated town of Lahaina. Along with the loss of our home town, my family is grieving the loss of a very important member , my mother, Norma Leimomi Hussey. One of the hardest working woman, strong and independent, my mom has passed on the 19th of August leaving behind many loved ones including me, her only daughter, and my three kids (ages 7, 4 and 1). I am raising funds to help my family through this process in hopes of being able to celebrate with all who knew her for a funeral service on October 7th at Nakamura Mortuary @ 10 AM til 1 PM and to follow a celebration of life on October 8th, 2023 at Canoe Beach from 11 AM til the sun goes down.
