Leilany

We're trying to raise money to help with the medical expenses of Leilany Vazquez for a teeth infection that has been causing her health issues, such as high fevers and swollen lymph glands. Swollen lymph glands can be a sign the body is fighting an infection, such as colds or glandular fever. This has been happening for months and her family hasn't been able to get the funds for the operation she needs we would appreciate anyone who can help with whatever they can so we can fix this little girls teeth and she can have a healthy childhood
