Leilani Lovett’s Cancer Battle

Leilani is a 32 year old healthy, fit wife to Chris, mum to Lily 4 years old and Leo nearly 1.

Lani’s world was turned upside this week when she was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin Lymphoma - Sporadic Burkitts Stage 4 which is a rare and aggressive form of cancer. 

She is currently in hospital receiving chemotherapy and expected to be in there for one month before she can hopefully go home to her family for a short while before repeating the chemo cycle minimum of 6 times, each time she will be required to stay in hospital for 1 month.

Due to Covid restrictions and her treatment she is also unable to have any visitors in hospital. Not even Chris can be there to wipe away her tears and she is longing for a cuddle with her children.

Sadly she’s going through this tough journey all on her own. 

Because of Lani’s aggressive treatment plan she is expected to lose her hair very quickly. We are creating this go fund me page so Lani can purchase a human hair wig that are priced in the thousands. Chris owns his own tiling company and is going to need a lot of time off work to look after the kids and be home on Lani's home stays so he won't be paid when he is not working. Any additional funds raised will go towards treatment costs and everyday living expenses to ease the burden for her family while she is receiving treatment. 

I know there’s a lot of families and individuals doing it tough right now due to Covid so even the smallest donation would be much appreciated.
