Hi everyone,

My Name is Rocio and I have an 8 month older daughter who was Diagnosed with an Arachnoid Cyst in February 2015 it was really hard for my husband and I to get this horrible news. The Dr told us we needed to have Surgery right away so we did. The Surgery failed and the next option is to get a shunt placed which is a tube that goes from the brain to drain the fluid down to the abdomen. That was the 2nd surgery. In between that time Leilah ( our daughter )had hospital stays lasting 1-3 days. The last thing you think about in these moments are the financial side of it. The reality is that it will come and it comes when you least expect it. Leilah has follow up visits once or twice a week which we have to pay for. We do have insurance but the deductibles and follow up visits are drowning us feels like they are holding our heads under water We have 4 other children that we have to take care and it would be a blessing if you can help us with whatever.
I never in my life imagined that I would ask for money like this. I actually feel embarrassed that I have to but people can't help you if they don't know you need the help. Sorry if I sound like I am rambling but I am nervous.
