Hello, my name is Lourdes Sandoval. My granddaughter, Leila was struck and killed by a van on 4/12/2022 in Buena Park. She was looking for her beloved cat that was missing. Leila was a huge animal lover. She was only 17 years old. Leila was enrolled in AFJROTC to join the Air Force. My granddaughter was and still is everything to me.
