I need your urgent help friends ❤️‍ My cat Leify needs a stay at the vet to remove hematomas in both ears. They are technically called feline apocrine carcinoma cysts - they primarily present at bluish lumps inside the ear. He will require a stay at the vet and a lot of care during his healing period. The lumps in his ears cause him immense discomfort, affect his equilibrium, and have begun effecting his mood. They are itchy, and he spends a lot of time scratching them until his ears bleed. As his health has affected his mood, and he is now depressed and will no longer clean himself. I spend much of my time brushing and washing him, removing mats from his fur, and applying meds the vet gave me to his ears to simply stop the itching, but the hematomas will grow until they are surgically removed. The cost of the surgery for the ears will be over what I have asked, but if I make my goal I can ensure that at least part of his surgery is paid for, and simply work to pay the other half of the surgery out of pocket. I just have two jobs right now, and I’m really fighting to do what I can to make him comfortable. He is my best friend and as an ESA has helped me through years of health issues. I’m very frightened what the future holds, but I know he has many beautiful years ahead of him - I love him so much ❤️ Every dollar makes a difference. Thanks so much ❤️‍
