Hello again, my name is Ashton. Almost a year and a half ago, I posted a GoFundMe for my nephew, Leif, to help cover medical expenses and financial needs of his family. He’s had a long journey since then. He’s three years old now and struggling with his health again. The last GoFundMe I did for him raised a solid amount of money that really helped his momma (my sister, Airica) focus on him and her other kiddos without worrying about any financial stress that may come. There’s been a lot of talk with his doctors and his current medical situation. He is now needing a special wheelchair and medical pillows just for his bed. His medical team is in the works of trying to get him transferred to Houston- which is where he would obtain his very needed new lungs via transplant when the opportunity arises. I was thinking now would be the best time to set up another GoFundMe to help Leif and his family preparing for these ongoing changes.
Aside from finances, this Sunday (March 29th, 2026) at 5pm we are reaching out for prayers for Leif. I don’t mean to be too blunt when I say this, but money can’t buy Leif a miracle… and we need one. I know some people are meeting at Fort Worth Cook’s Hospital in person to pray, some are organizing groups at their church, and their own homes. Wherever you may be, set a reminder to pray Sunday at 5pm. Share with your friends, family, soccer team, etc.
Thank you ❤️
Edit** GoFundMe does take a small percentage of donations, so I added my sister’s cashapp+venmo QR codes to the photos as well. However you wish to donate to Leif (whether through cashapp, Venmo, GoFundMe) every cent is greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone who participated in last Sundays group prayer. Although the situation is overwhelming, seeing so many people across the U.S pray for Leif helped show his family that there are so many people out there thinking of him. I know God has heard these prayers. I know he has his plan. Please continue to praying for Leif and his family. ❤️ thank you
