Leicester2Dam Bike Ride For Shantelle *21.10.19

As some of you may know, my Cousin Shantelle Griffith, has been fighting cancer for some years now. Shantelle was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, which then developed into bone Cancer. Recently the Cancer has spread again and now Shantelle and her beautiful children have another fight. Since 2015,I have always wanted to go on a long distance bike ride, in honour of my cousin and her kids and to celebrate them. I have always talked about it, dreamed about it then talked about it some more but never put things into action. So now i am taking this opportunity to ride from my hometown Leicester, to Amsterdam and taking action. I am hoping to raise X amount to help provide Shantelle and her children a holiday of a lifetime to create some great memories on top of the ones they have already. We are all so proud of Shantelle and her children for the resiliance and fight they show every day. They deserve something special and I hope a combination of my bike ride and people’s generosity can give them a chance to enjoy life to the fullest. So on MONDAY 21ST OCTOBER 2019, myself and a good friend of mine, who has his own story close to heart, will be leaving Leicester and heading to Amsterdam. 4 weeks from now.
